Early Childhood and Education Sandro Pozzi is a Spanish language print and television jou rnalist. He is widely considered an expert on US politics and economic policy. Sandro was born in Sevilla, Spain on October 22, 1972 to Italian businessman Mauro Pozzi and MarĂa Teresa Cortes. He is the oldest of three children. He studied journalism and graduated with a Bachelor´s degree from Ceade University in Sevilla. Professional Career Shortly after graduating, he went to Brussels and began working for Spanish news agency Europa Press . There, he covered all aspects of the European Union, eventually becoming the agency´s bureau chief. In January 2000, he was recruited by Spanish daily El Pais to work as a correspondent in the Brussels bureau.
